You might wonder what 3Bubbles is all about…

Lets take the Words from the Developers of 3Bubbles:

3bubbles unites chat and blogs to create real-time conversations in the blogosphere.

Michael Arrington from TechCrunch also can explain what 3Bubbles is:

They have created a very easy to integrate Ajax based chat interface that can be added to every blog post automatically. By simply adding a code snippet into the blog template, a link will be included in every post (think comments, trackbacks, and now chat) to open a chat window where readers can debate and discuss the post.

And also Stowe Boyd was one of the first people that told us about the upcoming service.

So why should I write about it even if others already did that before?

Well, I signed up for the beta like you are supposed to do. But when I took a closer look I - somehow - got to the signup-process. And well - it was working perfect. After you fill out the form, you just have to verify by clicking the link in your inbox:

An account on 3bubbles has been created for you, with the following information.

Theres a page, where you see the most active chats with an embedded chat on the site. So you just can join one of those. Otherwise your last opened or active chat will be displayed there.
The tutorial of how to make insert that chat system into your blog if for WordPress only (so far). You have to insert few snippets but are able to modify them (as i did).
For example if you dont want a single chat for every new post…

One hint for me that it still was under developement:

But also theres a list of what I agree not to do (when signing up):

attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or the Services, other accounts, computer systems or networks connected to the Site or the Services.

I’m sorry for that, but when I got access to the signup-page I think I already broke that rule… :-\

But right after signing up I reported the ‘bug’:

Oh and BTW: DONT ASK! I wont hand you the workaround to get a 3Bubbles-Account. Just wait a few days till the beta round opens. I will tell 3Bubbles how I did that if they want to know, but thats it…
